2024 BMW Z4 Roadster Price, Redesign, Picture – The roundel on the front of the BMW Z4 is precisely what you’d expect it to be. The Z4 is a premium brand with a sporty bent and does it excellently. A potential Porsche 718 Boxster buyer could give it another look because it’s elegant enough inside to compete with the Audi TT Roadster and Mercedes-Benz SLC. The BMW 5 Series M40i is far from an amateur in any field, thanks to its top-tier 382-horsepower 3.0-liter turbo inline-six engine, which can propel the M40i variant to 60 mph in under four seconds. Although it’s more of a problem in this market segment than in most others, the Z4’s styling and steering feel lag considerably behind those of the Boxster. There are seven colors for the Z4 base model, but Alpine White is supplied for free. The collection comprises Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Mediterranean Blue, Misano Blue, and San Francisco Red (all named after cities in the San Francisco Bay Area). It costs $550 to purchase each of the six metallics in the collection. The Misano Blue is a beautiful color, but it costs an extra $1,500 for the M Sport package. Although Mineral White and Mediterranean Blue have been dropped from the Z4 M40i’s color options, it still has the chance of Frozen Grey II Metallic, which adds $3,600 to the price.

It folds up in a case of seconds with the press of a button. Even at high speeds, a wind blocker is required to minimize wind buffeting while the top is down.
In addition, there is a lot of room in the cabin for storage. The Z4’s house has several storage areas, including a felt-lined cubby to the left of the steering wheel and a center console storage area. In addition, there are two large cupholders in the front of the vehicle. However, with a ten cubic-foot trunk, the Z4 has room for two people’s weekend gear for a fast getaway. As with the Z4 and sDrive30i Z4s, the basic sDrive30i is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission with launch control for 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The M40i’s 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six produces 382 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque. The M-Sport differential is standard equipment on this model as well.
The basic engine has a lot of torque, so it’s powerful from low revs and has a more excellent sound than the four-cylinder engines in the lesser Porsche Boxster models. It’s a perfect match for the eight-speed automatic transmission, which shifts through its gears with lightning quickness and silky smoothness. The M40i is even more impressive in terms of sound and passing power. In Comfort mode, the Z4 may also be driven more leisurely.
2024 BMW Z4 Release Date and Price
