The All-New BMW 7 Series 2024 Prices, Review – The Mercedes-Benz S-Class has dominated the market for large luxury sedans since its introduction in 1972. Mercedes uses the S-Class as a testing ground for new technologies that will eventually be used in more common cars.
The mistakes made by Mercedes with the W223 can be seen in the upcoming 2024 BMW 7 Series. Was there anything revolutionary besides having to wipe off an all-digital dashboard every 15 minutes? As we watched Oliver Zipse, BMW’s chairman of the board of management, announce the new 7 in New York, we couldn’t help but wonder. It will be the pinnacle of all three spheres for him: luxury, design, and technology. We can’t help but wonder if that tiny word, which translates to “new class,” was supposed to be a sly dig at the other well-known German luxury automobile brand.

The All-New BMW 7 Series 2024 Redesign
Clean design aesthetics adorn the 2024 BMW 7 Series outside, which seems classy from the sides and downright gorgeous from the back. The sedan’s side profile has some nicely sculpted lines, and the windows have been given a stylish chrome treatment. The rear appears stunning with LED illumination and an LED-strip design that unites the left and right tail lights together. Additionally, the chrome exhaust tips lend a high-end appearance. The sedan’s front design is where BMW went awry. Big kidney grills and sleek, trendy headlamps aren’t enough to save this car’s appearance.
The new BMW 7 Series has a larger overall footprint than the outgoing model. The further seven is 5.1 inches longer, 1.9 inches broader, and two inches taller than the previous model. Only 0.2 inches more wheelbase, but we’ll tell you what’s happening behind the scenes. Short and long-wheelbase versions of the preceding 7 were available. Because the shorter version was never offered for sale in the United States, you might not be aware of this. Because legroom wasn’t an issue, the wheelbase didn’t need to be extended. With the addition of two inches to the height, BMW achieved its primary goal of increasing headroom.

The trunks of these enormous ships are always small. Online S-Class, Audi A8, and Lexus LS specs are available online. The boxes of all of them are surprisingly small for their enormous stature. The 2024 BMW 7 Series features a slightly larger trunk than the outgoing model’s (18.2 cubic feet). 13.7 cubes are all that is available. However, you can see why consumers who require more space in the trunk would instead go with the X7 rather than the X5.
This model is distinguished by an exquisite cabin and an expansive list of standard features. Even though there are a lot of screens here, they don’t overshadow the experience. Materials were carefully picked to feel current and timeless, so you can relax and take in the atmosphere. In the BMW 7 Series, leather, stainless steel, Fineline Black inlays, and accurate metallic trim are used in the cabin. The Interaction Bar is a piece of trim that serves a practical purpose. HVAC and other properties are controlled via a crystalline surface structure. Ambient illumination can also be achieved using this fixture. We think it’s an excellent example of combining form with function.

Engine
This year, no technical changes will be made to the 2024 BMW 7 Series. Thus the turbocharged inline-6 powerplant will remain. With 525 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque, the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 in the 750i delivers plenty of power. The standard B58 turbocharged six-cylinder engine generates 335 hp and 331 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to the sedan’s impressive power statistics, you can easily cruise at highway speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
An excellent level of refinement and an 8-speed automatic transmission provides rapid and clever power delivery to the wheels while allowing the engine to rest comfortably. The 740i has a 0-60 mph pace of 4.8 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 13.2 seconds, which is fast for a large car.
The All-New BMW 7 Series 2024 Release Date and Price
The base price of the 2024 BMW 7 Series is $54,200, which is on the more high end of the range for this class. The mid-range 740i trim costs around $60,000, while the racy M5 costs $103,500. The M5 CS, a limited-edition model, is priced at an astounding $142,000. However, the official delivery date for the new BMW 7 Series is not until 2024. BMW announced that deliveries would begin in November at a private New York City launch last week. You may get one in time for Christmas if you’re lucky, but most buyers won’t get their automobiles until early 2024.
